This is what Keira Knightley wore for the "A Dangerous Method" UK Gala film premiere held at The Mayfair Hotel on January 31, 2012 in London, England.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star wore an elegant vintage style floor-length merlot gown by British fashion house Burberry with puff sleeves, gathering at the collar and a deep neckline. Her backless chocolate brown dress was embellished with a black belt featuring a velvet bow.

She paired her stunning deep red dress with a quilted black clutch, Louboutin heels and dainty diamond earrings.
She wore her glossy tresses in a chic retro style updo in very subtle finger waves with a loose bun. Smokey eyes, black nail paint and a pretty pink lipstick completed her look.

Keira looked very lady-like and elegant in this ultra feminie maroon dress which oozes vintage elegance. Only a few can carry this look. And Keira is definitely one of those few! I completely love her deep burgundy gown and her the complete ensemble, including her hair-do. For me this is a perfect hit!
