Kerry Washington's Look! Hit or Miss?

This is what Kerry Washington wore at the "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Costume Institute Gala held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 2, 2011 in New York City.

Kerry Washington wore a mint green custom-made Escada chiffon gown with spaghetti straps and a triangle cut-out at the waist.

She accessorised her floor-length dress with a Swarovski clutch, H. Stern Cobblestones ring and earrings in 18-karat noble gold with rock crystal and diamonds, a white gold and diamond 1920's Movado watch and a diamond bracelet.

Fluffy, bouncy curls and a pretty pink pout completed her look.

I like her simple and supple look. I like the dress on her, but I think she could have opted for a more dramatic look for the MET Gala. Nevertheless, her look is a hit for me.
